Your Bod on Stress

I was honored to be asked to contribute to the December issue of MamaBeasts, a new e-newsletter geared towards moms in mid-life. Although the e-newsletter is only 2 issues deep (Nov and Dec 2023) it is already packed with articles ranging from fitness to self care, grief and loss, book recs, gift guides and menopause.
